Cooking4Life was formed to promote healthy eating across the region. With our skills and experience we can make a difference to the schools and communities in which we live.

Our aim is to spread the message:

Cook Well - Eat Well - Live Well

OUR SESSIONS

  • Each session can be tailor made to meet your requirements.
  • All participants are actively involved
  • Practical hands on experiences regardless of age
  • Most sessions are based on 12 participants
  • Ingredients are provided within the cost of each session
  • All cooking equipment, aprons and utensils are provided
  • Small group sessions or whole school demonstrations available

OUR STAFF

  • All staff have enhanced CRB’s
  • All staff are qualified first aiders
  • Public Liability insurance covers up to £5,000,000.
