COOKING WITH CARERS

Cooking4Life isn’t just about working alongside young people; its about sharing our passion for cooking and healthy eating with everyone. We offer a range of cooking courses where parents and children work together to prepare and make a range of recipes. The emphasis is on fun for the child while giving valuable information to the parents or carers.

For schools this provides sustainable community cohesion projects and has directly helped improve attendance by lowering barriers and encouraging parents back into schools. It has also been shown to have had a fundamental impact on behaviour inside and outside of school.
